4. Demo Calls

By submitting a demo request through the Website, you expressly consent to receive an automated AI-generated phone call to the number you provide. The demo call is free of charge and carries no obligation to purchase our services.

5. Pricing and Payment

The service is billed at $0.29 per minute of call time, with no minimum commitment or long-term contract. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice to registered users. Price changes do not affect usage that has already occurred.

6. Call Recording and Transcription

All calls handled by the SmarteRep AI agent are recorded and transcribed for the purpose of providing the service, quality assurance, and AI training. If you are a business using our service, you are responsible for complying with applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction and for informing callers about the recording as required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website or our services to:
